Our agency partners at BMF needed a low-cost, reusable approach that would work across multiple concert music events coinciding with Formula 1 races across the U.S. The concerts accommodated thousands of attendees and allowed for a seamless registration and speedy check-in experience using QR-code tickets. We also needed the capability to send real-time guest communications when a headliner was replaced last-minute.
Our RSVP microsite was designed for reusability to accommodate multiple events on a tight budget. We worked hand-in-hand with the creative team to match the brand identity of the activation and highlight the performers at each event, juggling multiple clients and review cycles. As this site was for an alcohol brand, it also needed to meet strict legal requirements and include an over-21 age gate to access the site. The white-label RSVP integration allowed for a custom, branded registration form, automated guest communications, and disclaimers meeting client legal guidelines.
