As part of a multi-pronged show event celebration, STARZ needed a website to accommodate both RSVPs for both a premiere event and pop-up fan experience. They also had conceptualized a voting experience for millions of fans all over the world preceding a live awards show event. Each voting category also included video clips from the show that required reliable multimedia hosting. There we multiple creative agency partners on this project as well as strict legal and branding requirements for both STARZ and the POWER TV universe.
The STARZ x POWER website incorporated both the RSVP registration form for the in-person events as well as a custom web-app for the Power Choice Awards fan voting experience. Our RSVP integration allowed for automated guest reminders, QR-code check-in scanning, and a custom registration form. We built a lightweight but highly reliable system for recording ten of thousands of votes, analyzing trends in real-time, and hosting almost 100 video clips from the show that was picture-perfect and loaded immediately.
